Women In Politics and Government (WINPOGOV) is a women leadership development and empowerment initiative of the Alpha Institute, a non government organisation whose main focus is to research into and proffer solutions to challenges of leadership in key sectors in Africa as a means of promoting socio-economic development of the Continent.
The initiative is in furtherance of the institutes commitment to positively impact and transform the future of leadership and governance in Africa and beyond.
